Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

In this role, Christine is responsible for managing repositioning and renovation projects from concept to completion. She assembles and utilizes cross-functional teams to strengthen the capabilities and collaborates extensively with stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver projects. Christine monitors performance to promote continuous improvement to meet contract requirements, regulatory compliance and client expectations.

Christine’s experience includes commercial and higher education renovation, redevelopment, and build-to-suit projects. A trusted advisor to clients, she consistently delivers innovative, effective real estate solutions. Christine is a leader focused on developing mutually beneficial partnerships and a shared commitment to excellence that drives high value and quality work.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern, Christine was the President of CGM Consulting, Inc, a project management firm for renovation and build-to-suit projects, which delivered more than 1 M square feet of space valued at $160 M. She led the design team, consultants and contractors through the planning, design, construction, and occupancy phases to ensure the clients goals and objectives were met.
