TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Chris works directly with clients selling or searching for warehouse properties, manufacturing space, and other industrial assets. With a focus on the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, Chris specializes in new business development, landlord and tenant representation, new development, owner/occupier sales and purchasing, and investment sales. More specifically, Chris is an expert on the MSP East Metro area and industrial outside storage (IOS) property type. Through his keen market knowledge and determination, Chris equips clients with the tools they need to make optimal decisions.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Chris has 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Previously, Chris was the Senior Director of MSP Industrial Advisors for Cushman & Wakefield. In this role, he supported his clients with strategic planning, leasing, buying, and selling, focusing on industrial properties and companies.
 
Chris has represented prominent clients such as United Properties, Sheet Metal Connectors, Interstate Development, and Estée Lauder. Recent deals include a 63,000-square-foot landlord representation deal for The Meritex Company, a 51,000-square-foot (4.5-acre) buyer representation IOS deal for Interstate Development, a 180,000-square-foot buyer representation deal for Empire Foods, and a 130,000-square-foot tenant representation deal for ITW EAE.
