Recent deals include a 63,000-square-foot landlord representation deal for The Meritex Company, a 51,000-square-foot (4.5-acre) buyer representation IOS deal for Interstate Development, a 180,000-square-foot buyer representation deal for Empire Foods, and a 130,000-square-foot tenant representation deal for ITW EAE.
