TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As a member of the acquisitions team of Transwestern Investment Group (TIG), Chris Sterling is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, evaluating and executing real estate transactions across multiple investment platforms. TIG is seeking Core, Core Plus and Value-Add investment opportunities in the United States.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Chris has over four years of real estate experience in commercial mortgage loan origination in all major product types and geographic locations.  Prior to joining Transwestern, he served as a junior associate on the national accounts originations team with Prudential Mortgage Capital in Dallas, Texas where he was responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and closing of commercial mortgage loans.  While at Prudential, Chris underwrote and closed approximately $1.75 billion of commercial mortgage loans across multiple capital sources including Prudential’s General Account, CMBS program, and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac.

Chris is a member of The Real Estate Council (TREC).

Chris received a B.B.A. in Finance & Accounting from Texas Christian University.
