TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Cheryl Casserly is a Senior Vice President in Transwestern’s Denver brokerage team. She specializes in representing tenants for office properties in the greater Denver market.

With 34 years of experience in brokerage and development, Cheryl has an exceptional understanding of value creation and provides her clients with creative solutions for their real estate needs. Her expertise in both tenant advisory and landlord representation offers perspective for structuring win/win transactions.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern, Cheryl was a principal with G&C Realty Advisors. She also worked for Corporex, directing business development and leasing for 400,000 square feet of office and retail assets.
 
Cheryl has completed transactions for a broad range of clients including Principal Financial Group, US Bank, FirstBank, Catholic Health Initiatives, AT&T, Centura Health, and Berkshire Hathaway.

Cheryl is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR).
