TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Vice President of Transwestern's Office brokerage department, Chad meets his clients' commercial real estate needs with an emphasis on the Twin Cities market.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Chad began his career in 1999 at Colliers International (formerly NAI Welsh), where he started his brokerage career in office leasing. Since joining Transwestern, he has expanded his business to include land acquisitions and investments.
 
Throughout his career, Chad has remained a hardworking, enthusiastic team player who values long-term relationships. He builds those relationships with his clients by providing exceptional service and delivering results that exceed their expectations. Chad has excellent analytical and technical skills, which are critical to providing market research data and analysis to clients. He assists in the site search and selection process, tenant representation, and the marketing of properties for clients. Chad’s clients greatly benefit from working with him as he assists in the selection process, lease negotiation, and project management oversight to ensure a successful transition from start to finish.
 
In addition to working with landlords and tenants, Chad helps clients evaluate development opportunities. His educational training has included coursework in Urban Economics that has been relevant in working with city planners and developers. Chad is also instrumental in evaluating, assessing, and completing all the components of the due diligence process required in property acquisitions and dispositions.
