Edward Cummins

Ed has been active in commercial real estate for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Transwestern, Ed was a top producer for Hendricks & Partners' Houston office handling multifamily dispositions throughout Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Georgia. Ed has been with Transwestern in the Houston Multifamily Investment Services Group since November of 2009. During the past seven years, Ed and his team have sold over 20,000 units. Ed has been involved in over 100 closings producing more than $2 billion in apartment sales.
