Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

CJ is based in Transwestern's San Francisco office and is a member of the National Net Lease and Sale-Leaseback Group. In his role as Vice President, CJ specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net leased investment properties nationwide. He is detail oriented, persistent and focuses on each of his clients' specific needs to maximize their proceeds whether it be a standard transaction or 1031 exchange.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, CJ spent two and a half years at NAI Northern California where he was an integral member of the top producing team in 2019 and was named an Up-and-Coming Broker by NAI Global. In his role, CJ represented buy and sell side clients in the retail net leased sector.

EDUCATION
