TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As a senior vice president of the Louisiana region, Bryan directs Transwestern’s Louisiana operations, including the operation of 2.5 million square feet of commercial space in New Orleans and neighboring submarkets.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Bryan, who has been with Transwestern since 1985, entered the commercial real estate business in 1982.  Prior to relocating to New Orleans in 1998, Bryan was a managing director for Transwestern Investment Company (TIC), where he was responsible for asset acquisitions in the Southwestern United States.  Bryan was the lead acquisition officer on 17 assets comprising three million square feet, representing in excess of $200 million in investments.
 
Prior to Bryan’s association with TIC, he was the senior marketing director at numerous office projects in Houston.   Bryan led marketing teams at the 3.25-million-square-foot Allen Center complex, the 1.25-million-square-foot Post Oak Central project, and a number of individual office buildings ranging in size from 80,000 square feet to 500,000 square feet.

EDUCATION

Bryan earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in finance from Louisiana State University.  He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the states of Louisiana, Alabama, and Mississippi.
