Brian Rosatone

Brian oversees the compliance, transitions and special projects for Transwestern's global lease administration team. In this role, he helps corporate occupiers strategically manage their property portfolios and develops solutions to mitigate risk and reduce overall real estate costs.

Brian has more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, which gives him valuable perspective regarding how a strategic approach to lease administration can help companies advance their organizational objectives. In addition, his five years in public accounting/auditing enable him to provide insight into how real estate decisions affect a company's bottom line.

                                                     

Before joining Transwestern in 2015, Brian served as the global audit and compliance manager at JLL, where he oversaw 15+ direct reports across the globe. At JLL, he led the Global SOC 1 (Service Organization Controls) certification process, ensuring that controls were in place and policies were followed for more than 150 clients with approximately 75,000 leases worldwide.
