Brent Landfried

Brent Landfried specializes in Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions and agency leasing services for tenants and owners of industrial properties in Fort Worth and the surrounding markets. He focuses on providing value to his clients through his industry expertise and keen awareness of market conditions.

Before joining Transwestern, Brent was a market director at Mercer Company in Dallas, where he led the firm’s expansion into the Fort Worth industrial market. He was also a commercial brokerage associate at Ogden & Company Inc. in Milwaukee, WI, marketing office, industrial and investment properties and assisting clients in resolving issues pertaining to sale and lease negotiations, zoning and due diligence.

Brent is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), Transwestern Young Professionals and Texas Tech University Alumni Association.

Brent received a bachelor of science degree from Texas Tech University. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Texas.
