Brandi Sinkler

Brandi is responsible for managing Class A industrial distribution parks in the Greater Houston area. Her direct assignments consist of serving an industrial portfolio comprising approximately 1 million square feet.

Throughout her time with Transwestern, her clients include Invesco, Travelers and BlackRock. Her experience includes a focus on Class A distribution industrial assets for institutional clients. Recently, she handled the disposition of a large portfolio that her client sold.

Brandi began her career in real estate in 2013 at Transwestern. Her areas of expertise include all aspects of asset and property-level services, including tenant relations, contract services, budgeting, financial reporting, lease administration, escalations and reconciliations, construction management and tenant improvements. She is proficient in MRI, Yardi, and Kardin Accounting software packages.

In 2017, Brandi received Transwestern's Rising Star award and Building Team of the Year in 2019.

Brandi received her Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Indiana University in Pennsylvania.
