Anthony Heredia

Anthony is responsible for directing and leading the Dallas Engineering Division of Transwestern, which also includes the Central Texas Region. Anthony has over 30 years of hands-on experience with Facility Management/Engineering. Anthony is one who leads by example & works side by side with his teams to insure exceptional results.

Anthony is a motivation specialist with a great understanding of customer service in commercial real estate, he brings the right touch necessary to deliver exceptional results for clients. During his career at Transwestern, His exceptional leadership during his time at CityLine has proven to be invaluable in team building and cross collaboration with other regions. Anthony played a huge role in one of the largest real estate transactions in Transwesterns history of a 2 million SF Asset totaling $583 Million dollars. Anthony has been involved in the development of over 69 building engineers and oversees 18 million sq ft on 59 different properties. A servant leader that does what ever it takes to get the job done.

Anthony earned his associate degree in mechanical engineering from the LU.
