Anjanette Hicks

Anjanette has been active in the management of commercial real estate for over fourteen years, and has continually assisted in property takeovers, to include the transition of REO and Receivership Portfolios. She has been responsible for assisting in the transition during the sale of numerous property transactions, and has been repeatedly retained to continue servicing the property as part of the management team. Anjanette has helped oversee the construction of over 200,000 square feet for tenants including Bank of America, US Marshal Services, Grande Communications, Texas Department of Insurance, and Texas Department of Banking.  Anjanette administers all leases assuring compliance with provisions and maintaining ongoing tenant relations to assess needs, helping to assure that problems are being met promptly and to the satisfaction of both the clients and tenants.  Anjanette has successfully served JPM Chase, Koll Bren Realty Advisors, Amegy Bank, Chase Merritt, American Realty Advisors and United Commercial Realty.

 

Anjanette has also repeatedly been recognized for her outstanding achievements at Transwestern, her awards include: Transwesterns Management Services Employee of the Year in 2010, Management Services Assistant of the Year in 2004 and a member of Transwesterns Building Team of the Year in 2001.
