TRANSWESTERN ROLE

 
Andy Norman is responsible for asset management, lease and property performance analysis, risk oversight, and financing on Retail and Office assets with Transwestern. In addition, he sources acquisition and development opportunities in Industrial, Retail, Office and Multi-Family in the Midwest. Andy has over 20 years of experience in institutional real estate portfolio management, asset management and acquisitions, developments/re-developments and fund raising. 
 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, he spent 14 years in similar roles with Sarofim Realty Advisors managing over 650 million square feet of Retail and Office and sourcing approximately $260M in new acquisitions of Grocery Anchored Retail and Industrial product. Prior to that he held positions with Regency Centers and Terrabrook Communities in Dallas, TX.

Andy received his bachelor's in Public Affairs & Finance from Indiana University, Bloomington.
