TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Andrew leads Transwestern's research platform in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, where he provides insight into market conditions and emerging trends in commercial real estate. Since joining Transwestern in 2020, Andrew has developed several proprietary high frequency data sets that offer unparalleled insight to the company’s clients. As a result, his expertise and thought leadership is frequently featured in media and industry publications.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Andrew joined Transwestern from Newmark, where he contributed research to land, multifamily, and private equity projects valued at over $950 million. He also served as analyst with the Allen Economic Development Corporation, where his research and award-winning marketing collateral contributed to office, flex, data center, and mixed-use projects exceeding $4 billion in value.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Andrew provides website and graphic design services to the McKinney Avenue Transit Authority, the non-profit organization that operates the M-LINE Trolley in Uptown and Downtown Dallas. Andrew also teaches English as a Second Language (ESL) courses at Casa del Lago, a faith-based non-profit in the Northwest Dallas / Bachman Lake community.

EDUCATION

Andrew earned his Master of City and Regional Planning (MCRP) degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Dallas.
