TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Andrew Marcus leads Transwestern’s Technology Properties Group. Recognizing a service line opportunity, Andrew assembled a unique combination of real estate, critical infrastructure and technical consultants able to provide information technology support for organizations of every size and vertical. Armed with market intelligence and experience in the full range of data center solutions, including on-premise, colocation, managed hosting and cloud-based environments, the team’s subject matter experts deploy optimized solutions tailored specifically to client business requirements.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to the formation of Transwestern’s Technology Properties Group, Andrew specialized in representing corporate office users in their strategic real estate planning and transaction process. Successfully pinpointing the most cost-effective, flexible, and functional occupancy solutions, Andrew assisted clients in identifying and aligning strategic business, financial and operational objectives with their real estate requirements. Whether providing his clients with acquisition, renewal, relocation or consolidation services, Andrew continually distinguished himself through in-depth knowledge of local and regional markets.
