Amanda Best

Amanda serves as the Regional Marketing Director for Transwesterns Houston office. In this role, she drives growth through business development and strategic marketing initiatives. She works with the marketing and communications team to develop and implement strategic marketing plans across all service lines, supporting leasing and asset services projects. Her responsibilities include strategic positioning, property campaigns, advertising, content marketing, creative collateral, events and forming strategic partnerships.
 

Additionally, Amanda leads a cohesive Brokerage Coordinator team responsible for executing marketing plans and facilitating transaction coordination across all service lines, supporting Transwestern Houston's leasing and sales producers.
 

Furthermore, she collaborates with executive leadership, leasing and sales team and senior property management to strategically formulate and implement business development plans tailored for the greater Houston area.

Amanda began her real estate career with Transwestern in 2013.  Previously serving as Senior Marketing Coordinator for all Houston service lines and Client Services Coordinator for one of the top office agency leasing teams. She was responsible for generating pitches, proposals, market research, broker events and other marketing collateral.
 

Prior to joining Transwestern, Amanda served as Administrative Coordinator & Special Markets Manager at American National Insurance Company, collaborating closely with the Marketing Department on product development initiatives. She designed and maintained training materials ensuring strict adherence to state laws, insurance regulations and company policies. She provided agents with essential marketing training resources such as procedure manuals and brochures. She also played a key role in preparing and assembling media kits for marketing campaigns, and meticulously analyzed monthly production reports to support agents' success.

Amanda received her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Houston Clear Lake.
