Alex Echols

Alex is a member of Transwesterns Phoenix asset services team, which provides innovative property management for approximately 9.4 million square feet of commercial real estate space across Greater Phoenix. He is responsible for the operation, maintenance and repairs at 201 East Washington, a 613,409-square-foot, 24-story high-rise in Downtown Phoenix.

Alex brings over 15 years of engineering experience to his role at 201 East Washington. Prior to joining Transwestern, he was the Lead Building Manager at BH Management, responsible for a portfolio of eight buildings totaling 750,000 square feet and a crew of three engineers. As Chief Building Engineer at Paragon Building Services, he oversaw 27 buildings with 2 million square feet of space, and at Hines, he managed a crew of more than a dozen engineers on a 12-building portfolio of 1.2 million square feet.
