TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Adam serves as the National Design Manager and collaborates with regional project teams to guide and optimize the design decision-making process across all project phases. As a national resource, he also works across platforms to standardize the project development process and ensure the seamless execution of projects.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

As a seasoned architect, Adam has extensive experience in managing large-scale projects across various sectors, including mixed-use developments, student housing, and complex master plans. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles such as Principal at The Preston Partnership and Chief Design Officer at Vero Sade, where he excelled in design management, client collaboration, and project execution. His expertise spans from overseeing high-rise developments and complex renovations to setting design standards and guiding projects through all phases, from concept to completion.
