Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Andrew leads Transwestern's research platform in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, providing interpretative analysis on market conditions and emerging trends in commercial real estate. Since joining Transwestern in 2020, Andrew has developed several proprietary data sets that offer unparalleled insight to the company’s clients. As a result, his expertise and thought leadership is frequently featured in media and industry publications.
 
In addition to his regional research role, Andrew serves as National Healthcare Research Leader, collaborating with the Healthcare Advisory Services team and producing a range of research deliverables to advance national research outreach across the platform. He also leads Transwestern’s Economic Incentives Advisory Group, advising clients on local and state economic development incentives.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Andrew joined Transwestern from Newmark, where he contributed research to land, multifamily and private equity projects valued at over $950 million. He also served as an Analyst with the Allen Economic Development Corporation, where his research and award-winning marketing collateral contributed to office, flex, data center and mixed-use projects exceeding $4 billion in value.

EDUCATION

Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Texas at Dallas and his Master of City and Regional Planning (MCRP) degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
