Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Zac is a Vice President of Transwestern’s San Francisco office. He specializes in leasing and sales of multiple asset classes throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, with an emphasis on Tenant and Landlord representation in San Francisco’s central business districts. Zac’s advisory roles span lease negotiation, acquisitions/dispositions, and market analysis. He applies his deep market knowledge to further client relationships to drive value in their commercial real estate ventures. Zac is also the author of a popular Weekly Update distributed to his real estate clients and relationships each Thursday.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

An awarded dealmaker and industry veteran of 12 years, Zac was previously at Cushman & Wakefield prior to joining Transwestern in 2016. In his career, Zac has been involved in over $400 million worth of real estate transactions. His focus is to bring integrity, responsiveness and clear communication for his clients throughout the real estate process.

EDUCATION

A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in History, Zac was a dual sport athlete in both Water Polo (2x Division 1 National Champion) and Swimming. He holds a real estate license in the state of California (LIC# 01903840).
