Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Zac is a Vice President of Transwestern's San Francisco office. He specializes in leasing and selling multiple asset classes throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, emphasizing Tenant and Landlord representation in San Francisco's central business districts. Zac's advisory roles span lease negotiation, acquisitions/dispositions and market analysis. He endeavors to apply his deep market knowledge to further client relationships to drive value in commercial real estate ventures. He is also the author of a popular Weekly Update distributed to his real estate relationships each Thursday.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

An awarded dealmaker and industry veteran of 12 years, Zac was previously at Cushman & Wakefield prior to joining Transwestern in 2016. In his career, Zac has been involved in over $400 million worth of real estate transactions. His focus is to bring integrity, responsiveness and clear communication for his clients throughout the real estate process.

EDUCATION

A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in History, Zac was also a dual sport athlete in both Water Polo (2x Division 1 National Champion) and Swimming. He holds a real estate license in the state of California (LIC# 01903840).
