TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Yumica Thompson is an Assistant Property Manager for 600,420 square feet of office space in Washington, D.C. Her responsibilities include monitoring property operations, identifying potential issues and taking preventative action; coordinating tenant events, move-ins and move-outs; and coordinating building contract services, including cleaning, landscaping, security and building maintenance.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern in 2013, Yumica was a Property Administrator for Jones Lang LaSalle, where she assisted in day-to-day property operations including: responding to tenant requests for repairs; managing office deposits, tenant payments, vendor accounts, and work order reports; and assisting in negotiation of vendor contracts.
