Will Troutman

As a Broker Analyst with Transwestern's Transaction Sciences team, Will is responsible for performing real estate analytics services supporting property portfolios involving the acquisition and disposition of space for clients. Will assists with developing business opportunities by generating leads, cultivating client relationships, and managing and closing commercial real estate transactions. Will conducts property tours and compiles property data for clients such as summary reports, maps and status updates.

Will joined Transwestern's Atlanta office after graduating with an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University, where he played varsity football. Will was actively involved with the Harvard University Real Estate Investment Group, where he gained financial modeling and analysis skills.
