TRANSWESTERN ROLE

William serves as Development Manager and is based in Houston, Texas. He is responsible for the equity capital raising, structuring, and closing for projects across different product types nationally. William is also responsible for sourcing new development opportunities, project management, financial and market analysis, site selection feasibility, due diligence, and research.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

William brings a range of experience in debt and equity placement, investment analysis, portfolio management, acquisitions, and development. Prior to joining Transwestern, William was a Real Estate Analyst at HFF in the Debt and Equity Placement and Investment Advisory departments. At HFF, William supported the underwriting, marketing, and closure of more than $450M in commercial property sales and $270M in financing transactions.

EDUCATION

William earned a B.A. in Urban Studies from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While at the Kenan-Flagler Business School, he also served as Fund Manager for KFBSF Real Estate Funds, a closed-end, value-add real estate private equity investment vehicle.
