Vivian Hynes

As an Associate specializing in healthcare capital markets, Vivian focuses on underwriting and investment sales. She provides essential support for the acquisition, financing, and disposition of medical offices and related assets across the United States. Through her work, Vivian helps clients make informed, data-driven decisions about their healthcare real estate investments.

Vivian has underwritten and analyzed over 2.3 million square feet of healthcare assets across major markets nationwide. She plays a critical role in executing complex investment sales transactions by developing in-depth financial analyses, market research, and property positioning materials that support institutional clients in making informed strategic investment decisions.

She collaborates closely with leading healthcare real estate clients such as Healthcare Realty, Healthpeak, and Welltower, as well as private equity firms and physician groups, providing tailored insights and execution support throughout the sales process.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Vivian worked at Link Logistics, where she supported the national leasing team across a diverse industrial portfolio. In this role, she conducted competitive market analyses, prepared leasing proposals, and created detailed lease abstracts to help drive occupancy and optimize deal terms.

Vivian earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and her Master of Science in Real Estate at Southern Methodist University.
