Vivian Hynes

Vivian serves as an Associate on Transwestern’s Healthcare Advisory Services team based in the Dallas office. She supports the real estate transaction team for Baylor Scott & White Health, the largest nonprofit health system in Texas, overseeing a 22 million-square-foot portfolio. In this role, Vivian delivers financial analysis, market research, and transaction support across leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, development, and strategic real estate initiatives.

Vivian is experienced in healthcare real estate, with a focus on investment sales, leasing, and portfolio strategy. She has underwritten over 4.5 million square feet of healthcare-related real estate on behalf of institutional investors, healthcare REITs, and physician groups. Prior to her current role, Vivian served as a Healthcare Capital Markets Associate at Transwestern, where she underwrote assets across the United States and supported the acquisition and disposition of healthcare properties, helping clients make informed investment decisions.

Vivian earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and her Master of Science in Real Estate from Southern Methodist University.
