TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Victoria Handy is Transwestern’s National Training and Development Manager for Asset Services. She leads initiatives to strengthen training and development across the Property Management, Client Accounting, and Engineering teams. Her focus is on creating a consistent, elevated experience for Asset Services professionals nationwide and ensuring every team member has the tools, resources, and training to succeed.

With more than 18 years of experience, Victoria has built a career dedicated to developing talent and advancing organizational performance. She began at The Ritz-Carlton, where she gained a strong foundation in service excellence, before moving into sales, aligning client needs with business goals to drive measurable results. She recently focused on training and developing HOA and condominium Property Management and Client Accounting team members in the single-family industry, further enhancing her expertise in real estate services.
At the core of every role, Victoria has championed training and development as a driver of success. She has designed and implemented sustainable programs that equip professionals at all levels with the skills to grow, thrive, and make lasting contributions. Her mission is to empower people to achieve both professional and personal goals through impactful, tailored learning experiences.
EDUCATION
Victoria holds a Master of Arts in Education (MAED) in Adult Education and Training from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Financial Service Management from Johnson & Wales University.
