Trent Waterman

Trent is a Senior Lease Analyst in Transwestern’s Minneapolis office. Trent helps corporate occupiers strategically manage portfolios through full-service lease administration, common area maintenance expenses, audits of operating expense reconciliations and more. Trent communicates with landlords and clients, and he also collaborates with client accounting teams.

Some of Trent’s clients have included Summit Orthopedics, Retina Consultants of Minnesota, Infinite Health Collaborative (iHealth), Tonka Bay Equity Partners, Fenix Group and Children’s Minnesota.

Trent has nearly 22 years of commercial real estate experience and 18 years working in lease administration. Previously, he performed lease analysis and administration work for Forte Real Estate Partners, which was acquired by Transwestern in 2026. He’s also worked for First National Realty Partners, Jones Lang LaSalle and Life Time. Trent brings experience from working as a Tenant Coordinator and Operating Expense Analyst at Best Buy. His first introduction into commercial real estate was through his work as a Property Manager at The Excelsior Group.

Trent received his bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture and real estate business from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
