Taylor Ollry

Taylor Ollry serves as Property Manager at the Civic Opera Building, a 920,513-square-foot office tower and designated Chicago landmark. In this role, she supports capital projects, tenant construction, accounting matters, service contract negotiations, and day-to-day property operations. Taylor also acts as a liaison between building owners and Transwestern and helps on-site property staff understand and achieve ownership objectives.

Taylor began her career as a Property Administrator and, due to her exceptional tenant service and building knowledge, worked her way up to Property Manager. She was previously Assistant Property Manager at One North LaSalle and has held positions at R2 companies, Glenstar and Hyde Park Property Management. As Property Manager of the Civic Opera Building, Taylor’s exceptional customer service, effective communication with the team and tenants and attention to detail have helped stabilize the distressed property.

In addition to her responsibilities at Civic, she is highly active in community outreach, attending multiple events and planning key Transwestern-sponsored fundraising events. Taylor is also Chair of the BOMA/Chicago Emerging Leaders Committee, where she leads networking and industry engagement initiatives. She is an active participant in Transwestern Young Professionals and community outreach programs.

Taylor received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Robert Morris University – Illinois.
