Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Tara is an assistant property manager for a portfolio of 21 industrial buildings that total nearly 3.8 million square feet located throughout Columbia, Hanover, Baltimore, Jessup, Upper Marlboro and Lanham, Maryland. Her responsibilities include accounts payable, preparing service agreements, lease administration duties, assisting in preparation of reports for owners, performing property inspections, tracking tenant and vendor certificates of insurance, developing of operating and capital budgets, and participating in the bidding process.  

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Tara was a business development marketing specialist at CBRE, Inc. She collaborated with commercial real estate teams to strategize thought leadership, oversaw the RFP process, and prepared content for dozens of monthly development projects.

EDUCATION

Tara received her bachelor of arts from University of Maryland, College Park, and her master’s in philosophy from University of Glasgow.
