Susy Sarabia

Susy is responsible for supporting our Houston office's Multifamily and Office Tenant Rep brokerage teams. She brings to Transwestern 7 years of marketing experience and 4 years of commercial real estate marketing experience. Like her current role, her previous role was as a Brokerage Coordinator at Partners (formerly NAI Partners).
 

Susy handles the marketing collateral, digital marketing, database maintenance, social media content and the day-to-day administration.

Susy first joined Transwestern back in 2023 as their Industrial Brokerage Coordinator. Prior to Transwestern, she worked for Partners for a year and a half, directly supported the Industrial and Land teams. Before Partners, she worked for US Med-Equip for 3 years as their Marketing Specialist, where she helped update their branding, website presence, and web domain name, increased SEO efforts, and managed their first-ever Instagram social presence. Susy’s vast knowledge of the various commercial real estate departments and her knowledge of different marketing tools make her a great asset.
