Stephanie Villafuerte

Stephanie is a member of the Transwestern Asset Services team that is assigned to a portfolio of four buildings, consisting of approximately 425,000 square feet of office and medical office space with 49 tenants, as well as the condominium owner’s association for a 500,000-square-foot office and hotel building. She also acts as an office manager for the firm’s Phoenix office.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Stephanie was Area Manager for Kay Kay Realty, where she was responsible for eight multifamily properties, monitoring financial performance of the portfolio and leading the property manager and onsite teams. Previously she managed off-campus student housing as Leasing Manager for On Pointe Properties.

Stephanie earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Arizona State University. She holds an Arizona Real Estate License.
