Stella Fiscus

Stella Fiscus is a Business Analyst on Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory team in Chicago and a key contributor to the firm’s Sports and Entertainment Advisory practice. An asset to her team, Stella brings strong financial analysis, proposal comparison and market research skills to assist clients in making informed real estate decisions. She supports clients by approaching each project with a strategic mindset and a commitment to delivering tailored solutions.

Stella joined Transwestern in 2024 after gaining valuable experience interning at venture capital and law firms. Her background in financial analysis and market research is complemented by her eight years working in various roles in the golf industry, where she developed expertise in client relations, business strategy and attention to detail.

Stella earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Miami University, where she was an Evans Scholar and on the President’s List for academic excellence.
