TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Sofia Eisenberg currently serves as a Senior Brokerage Coordinator at Transwestern, where she is a key member of the firm’s National Healthcare Capital Markets team. In this role, she plays an integral part in supporting the team’s client’s seeking strategic advisory for their medical office buildings, hospitals, and outpatient facilities through investment sales, debt and equity financing services across the country.

Sofia is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of transactions, from initial client engagement through closing. She collaborates closely with the team’s brokers, clients, and third parties to ensure seamless execution, overseeing document preparation, contract review, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Known for her attention to detail and organizational precision, she maintains accurate transaction records, prepares detailed reporting for senior leadership, and ensures all timelines and deliverables are met efficiently.

In addition to transaction management, Sofia supports the creation of marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, and digital content, while maintaining and optimizing client databases. She also plays a critical role in fostering strong client relationships—ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally while delivering a high level of service throughout the deal process. 

The team operates across the country and within her hometown of Houston, Texas, where Sofia provides operational excellence by coordinating complex transactions, supporting brokerage teams, and ensuring all processes are executed with efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Sofia was drawn to Transwestern’s collaborative culture, best captured by a sentiment shared during her interview process: “We are not a company of sharp elbows, we are a company of high fives.” This philosophy reflects the team-oriented, high-performance environment that continues to define her experience at the firm.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Sofia Eisenberg is a marketing and communications professional with a strong background in commercial real estate, sports operations, and digital brand strategy. She began building her expertise in real estate marketing through early roles in social media and content creation, where she developed targeted campaigns and visual assets that directly contributed to increased client engagement and sales activity.

Sofia went on to join Trout Daniel & Associates, a commercial real estate brokerage, where she played a key role in modernizing the firm’s marketing platform. She led the redevelopment of property marketing materials, produced high-quality branded content, and supported the execution of leasing, investment, and RFP proposals. Her work extended across CRM management, database optimization, and digital listing platforms, helping to streamline operations and enhance overall market visibility.  Prior to this role, Sofia gained valuable operational and client-facing expertise with the Baltimore Ravens organization where she supported high-volume ticketing operations, managed client relationships, and contributed to retail and event logistics, strengthening her ability to perform in fast-paced, service-driven environments.

With a well-rounded background spanning real estate, sports, and digital marketing, Sofia brings a strategic, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach to her work.

EDUCATION

Sofia Eisenberg received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Communication, magna cum laude, and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Muhlenberg College.
