Sarah Arkell

Sarah currently serves as General Manager for The Campus at Westchase, a five-building multi-tenant office campus in the Houston market owned by Clarion, as well as Westway II, a multi-tenant high-rise. She leads all aspects of property operations, including financial reporting, tenant relations, capital projects, and vendor management. Sarah ensures ownership goals are met with precision while maintaining a strong focus on tenant satisfaction, safety compliance, and operational excellence. Her leadership reflects Transwestern’s commitment to delivering best-in-class service and value.

Since joining Transwestern in 2025, Sarah brings over a decade of experience in commercial property management, with a strong track record of managing diverse portfolios across office, industrial, and mixed-use assets. Prior to joining Transwestern, she held senior property management roles at Hiffman National, NAI Partners, and Mosing Group, where she oversaw portfolios totaling more than 4 million square feet. Her responsibilities included financial package preparation for multiple entities, lease audits, capital planning, and tenant improvement coordination.

Sarah has successfully led teams through complex transitions, including mergers and large-scale property sales, and has consistently maintained high tenant retention through proactive relationship management. She has also played a key role in supporting tax reporting, budgeting, and operational reconciliations across multiple ownership structures.

Sarah is proficient in industry platforms including Yardi, MRI, Kardin, Building Engines, Impak, AVID, and NEXUS.

Sarah is a graduate of Texas State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Occupational Education. She holds an active Texas Real Estate Agent License.
