Biography
TRANSWESTERN ROLE
As Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications for Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic region, Samantha drives growth through design excellence, strategic marketing, and dynamic storytelling. In this role, Samantha works with executive leadership, producers, and property management teams to shape and implement marketing, business development, and retention strategies that align with client goals, market opportunities and company growth objectives. She leads an integrated team of designers, marketers, and communications professionals to develop and execute innovative initiatives that strengthen the Transwestern brand and enhance client engagement across all service lines.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
From airshows attracting hundreds of thousands of attendees to branded swag to presentations live-streamed by the New York Times, Samantha’s portfolio spans every scale and media type. Prior to joining Transwestern, she served a dual role as the Design Lead for Gensler’s Southeast Region marketing team and supported firmwide initiatives that required a design-forward approach. During her five years with Gensler, Samantha provided strategic thinking and thoughtful design to eight offices and senior leadership, and she was promoted annually in recognition of her creative leadership. Previously, she served as the graphic designer for the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA), where she also received her pilot’s certification.

Samantha received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication Design from Kent State University’s School of Art.
