TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Sabina serves as Senior Vice President of marketing strategy for Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic region. She provides clients with marketing strategies for specific high-profile agency assignments, as well as creates and monitors business growth plants for key teams of producers/business lines. Sabina is also part of Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic consulting group, which provides strategic planning services to Transwestern’s clients to help them make real estate use and investment decisions for their organization.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

When Sabina joined Transwestern in 2000, she served as the senior vice president of marketing and communications for the Mid-Atlantic region where she oversaw the advertising, public relations, marketing efforts and graphic design projects, specifically working towards increasing the company’s brand awareness and recognition in the marketplace. Sabina was also responsible for overseeing Transwestern’s internal and external company events and regional media coverage. During her tenure at Transwestern, Sabina has served as a point of contact for clients such as Fiserv, Coventry Health Care, M&T Bank, Walker & Dunlop and The Wills Group, as well as agency clients such as Boston Properties, LCOR, LaSalle, PS Business Parks, JBG and Carr Properties. 
 
Prior to joining Transwestern, Sabina was a senior account executive with Merkley, Newman Harty, a New York advertising agency located in the Bethesda, Maryland, office of her client, Mercedes-Benz.

EDUCATION

Sabina has an MBA in marketing IT and management of global information technology from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University. Sabina is a licensed real estate sales person in Maryland and Virginia.
