Robert Kramp

Robert serves as Senior Vice President and Regional Director of Transwestern’s Research, Investment & Data Analytics Services, directing a team of Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston-based analysts assigned to the collection, analysis, and market interpretation of internal and external commercial real estate, investment, and financial markets and supporting economic data. Robert and his team’s primary focus includes analyzing trends in pricing, vacancies, new construction and economic conditions.

In his role, Robert brings to Transwestern more than 25 years of experience in research, economic and business development, and investment sales and asset marketing. Most recently, he served as CBRE’s director for research & analysis for the Texas-Oklahoma Region where he led regional thought leadership, field research and data intelligence with a team of 27 research, GIS and data analyst professionals supporting 10 company locations and 1,000 advisory and transaction, asset services, debt, and structured finance and capital markets commercial real estate professionals. Additional prior experience includes his role as a senior vice president and national director with JLL’s Americas Research team, supporting occupier and investment brokerage teams in the Midwest and Great Lakes region.

Robert’s primary areas of expertise include attracting, building, and supporting top-performing teams along complex lines of market research, economic and demographic forecasting, commercial real estate, and public policy and economic development incentives and endeavors for community and regional growth.He is often cited in many industry and mainstream news publications as a subject matter commercial real estate expert in the areas of energy, advanced and heavy manufacturing, IT, and logistics, including private and non-profit environments and public/private advocacy.
