TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Rachel Glass is a Vice President on the Healthcare & Life Sciences advisory team, and she has over ten years of commercial real estate experience. Her specialties include healthcare leasing advisory, office tenant advisory, and office landlord disposition services.
 
Rachel is agile in navigating the complexities of institutional hierarchies, and she has provided extensive real estate services to numerous institutional grade investors, including statewide tenant advisory to a multinational financial services company.
 
Rachel’s representation of institutional, corporate, and private owners and users of real estate includes over $300 million in tenant advisory transactions, over $350 million in disposition transactions, and leasing advisory services for a 1 million square foot portfolio.

Rachel has completed transactions totaling over 1.2 million square feet, notable lease transactions include:

EDUCATION

Rachel received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
