The single-story buildings are across the street from one another
with the 1700 Science Place building consisting of 50,000 square
feet and 1615-1701 Science Place consisting of 100,000 square feet.
The buildings may be acquired together or individually.
L3 Technologies has occupied the 1700 Science Place building since
January 2010 and the 1615-1701 Science Place building since June
2015. L3 recently executed a five-year lease extension for the 1700
building and relinquished an early termination option on the 1615-
1701 Science Place building indicating a strong commitment to the
properties.
In addition to private offices and workstations, the 1700 building
contains a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF
Room).
L3 Technologies merged with Harris Corporation in 2019 to form
