TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Patrick is a Partner in Transwestern’s New York City office, providing advisory services for owners and occupiers throughout Manhattan. He is also involved with leading the firm’s business development efforts.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

During a more than 15-year career in commercial real estate, Patrick has completed more than 1 million square feet of transactions on behalf of clients such as Procter & Gamble, NASCAR, Regus, American Red Cross, VTS and Mudrick Capital Management. He has also negotiated several major Manhattan leases for prominent owners such as Brookfield Properties, Trump Organization, and The Pyne Companies. He joined Transwestern after an 11-year tenure at JLL, where he was Managing Director. He previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Patrick is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and was recognized as a top producer at JLL from 2010 to 2016. He serves on the board of directors of the Corpus Christi School in Manhattan. 

EDUCATION

Patrick earned a bachelor’s degree from Dickinson College and an associate’s degree from Johnson & Wales University.
