Patrick Davis

Patrick Davis is the Assistant Chief Engineer at 77 W. Wacker Dr., a 944,000-square-foot commercial office building in Chicago. Patrick’s responsibilities include day-to-day operations, budgeting, tenant relations and implementing energy saving measures to reduce costs. As an invaluable member of the team, Patrick assists with tenant and capital improvement projects and HVAC system maintenance.

Patrick has 18 years of experience as an engineer, and he began working at 77 W. Wacker Dr. in 2008. Aside from performing his day-to-day duties with consistent excellence, he is responsible for engineering budgeting and purchase orders. Patrick has been an influential contributor to many long-term projects, and he has overseen the replacement of an AHU coil, installation of a chiller plant, BAS upgrade and FACP upgrade.

Davis is Level 1 Thermography Certified and is pursuing his BOMI SMA designation.
