Olivia Marrus

As a Public Relations Specialist, Olivia leads media relations, manages local social media channels, and supports both internal and external communications for our Houston, Austin and San Antonio offices. Olivia works to strengthen brand visibility and deliver impactful, strategic and curated communication strategies for Transwestern Real Estate Services and its clients in markets across Texas.

Starting at Transwestern in 2025, Olivia has developed a strong understanding of the commercial real estate industry through supporting communications across all service lines. She contributes to a range of storytelling efforts, from highlighting market trends and transactions to profiling professionals and company initiatives. Her work regularly earns media placements in local outlets and trade publications alike.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Olivia served as a Senior Account Executive at a premier Houston public relations agency, where she supported high-profile commercial developments and corporate branding initiatives. She has extensive experience in media relations, copywriting and strategic client support, sharpening her ability to craft tailored messaging for a variety of audiences.

Olivia received her bachelor’s degree in Media Studies from the University of Virginia.
