Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Nickolas is Property Manager for an office portfolio in San Francisco, California. His responsibilities include strategic planning, day-to-day operational oversight, tenant relations, lease administration, preparation of monthly financial reports and contract management. Additionally, Nickolas prepares yearly budgets, reconciliations and monthly and quarterly investor reports.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Nickolas held the same role at Jack London Square, where he managed 800,000 square feet of mixed-use property in Oakland. He brings experience as a real estate services administrator in both San Francisco and Walnut Creek, where he assisted with the administration of leases, service agreements and accounts payable/receivable. Combined, he has a total of over seven years’ experience in commercial real estate, specializing in property management. 

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Nickolas is an active member of the Building Owners and Manger Association (BOMA). In 2017, Nickolas assisted the property management team at Treat Towers of Walnut Creek in achieving a LEED Platinum Certification and a BOMA TOBY award.
