Nick Kim

Nick serves as Managing Director for Transwestern’s New Jersey office. He services both local and multinational clients with a broad range of commercial real estate services, encompassing strategic planning transaction management, investing project coordination, negotiation, market expertise and site acquisition for development.  He specializes in office and industrial tenant representation as well as capital markets transactions in both acquisition and disposition for corporations and investors of public and private equity.

Nick’s joined Transwestern in 2012 bringing more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience. His career has taken him across two continents and through millions of square feet of office and industrial transactions with his clients. 

 

Prior, Nick served as the Head of Jones Lang LaSalle Asian Practice Group, where he specialized in working with Fortune 500 Asian companies with significant holdings in North America, conducting $1.2 billion in deals.

Nick earned a master’s degree in real estate investment and finance from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Rutgers University. He holds a New Jersey Real Estate Broker-Salesperson’s license.
