Atlanta – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces that Will Frankum has joined the Agency Leasing team in Atlanta. As Vice President, Frankum will work with Executive Managing Director Greg Frankum and Senior Managing Director Matt Spickard, who spearhead the marketing and leasing of Class A and B office properties throughout Atlanta.

Frankum will focus on prospecting for active deals in the market, executing transactions, and interfacing with the office user, economic development, and brokerage community.

Frankum brings to TCS more than four years of experience in commercial real estate. Before TCS, he worked as a Vice President for JLL on the Multifamily Finance Team. Frankum and his team originated more than 40 multifamily loans per year, exceeding $1 billion in multifamily loan volume annually.
Frankum earned a double major in finance and real estate from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
