ATLANTA – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces Vanessa Manners has joined the firm as Southeast Marketing Director in Atlanta. Aligning regional priorities with national initiatives, Manners will lead marketing operations and strategy to drive revenue and market-share growth and deliver measurable outcomes for internal and external clients.
“Vanessa’s proven marketing and business development expertise, combined with extensive experience supporting market expansions, will be invaluable to our marketing, brokerage, and leadership teams as we broaden Transwestern’s reach into key cities in the Southeast,” said Nathan Knowles, TRS Executive Managing Director, Southeast Region Leader.
Manners most recently served as Marketing Director at Impact Development Management, where she built the company’s first in-house marketing function and led marketing and brand strategy. She spent 15 years in marketing at national engineering, planning, and design firm Kimley-Horn, supporting the firm’s market expansion efforts, and was the Regional Marketing Director at structural engineering firm Bennett & Pless.

Manners earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The University of Texas at Dallas. She serves on the board of directors for CREW Atlanta and the DeKalb Library Foundation.
