San Antonio – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces two San Antonio team members were recognized nationally for performance excellence in 2021:
- Kate Deady, Property Manager, received the Transwestern Young Professionals Leadership Award, honoring her unwavering commitment to Transwestern’s guiding principles and delivering exceptional results for both clients and team members.
- Russell T. Noll, CCIM, Executive Managing Director, was recognized for his 2021 transaction volume, marking his fourth year qualifying for Transwestern’s Champions’ Club. In total, 39 individual producers nationwide earned a spot in the firm’s coveted Champions’ Club.
”Russell Noll is an exceptional producer for Transwestern San Antonio and a wonderful mentor to many individuals in the San Antonio commercial real estate community,” said Leah Gallagher, Transwestern San Antonio City Leader. “His diligence and focus on integrity provide Russell with a consistent stream of repeat and referral business. Russell’s transactions range from industrial tenant representation to office agency leasing to small cap investment sales in Boerne but on each transaction, he is hyper-focused on exceeding his clients’ expectations.”
“Kate Deady joined Transwestern in 2018 and immediately made a positive impression on the San Antonio team and tenants through her work ethic and determination. She is an integral part of our asset services division, overseeing a portfolio of office and medical office properties, as well as co-leading the local Transwestern Young Professionals chapter,” said Gallagher. “We’ve seen her leadership not only within Transwestern, but also in the community, serving as co-chair for the Emerging Professionals Committee in BOMA San Antonio. Kate’s desire to learn and grow in her career prompted her to enroll at Baylor University where she is working towards her MBA.”
2021 was defined by a series of high-profile transactions and successes, including:
- Noll represented Anixter in a 42,900-square-foot lease at Macro Distribution Center, Dahill/Xerox in a 23,894-square-foot lease at Fountainhead Tower and the disposition of 23 acres in Boerne that sold to Baptist Health System for their new hospital.
- Deady was promoted to Property Manager, co-led San Antonio’s Transwestern Young Professionals chapter and co-chaired the Emerging Professionals Committee for BOMA San Antonio.
