CHICAGO – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces the addition of Steve Degodny as Executive Vice President with the suburban Chicago agency leasing team. Based in the company’s Rosemont office, Steve will advise building owners and execute customized marketing and leasing programs for office space throughout the Chicago suburbs.

Degodny joins Transwestern from Golub & Company where he oversaw the leasing of commercial properties for its suburban Chicago portfolio. He brings over 30 years of experience, having advised and represented landlords with the acquisition, repositioning, and leasing of commercial property throughout multiple Chicago-area submarkets.
