PHOENIX – Transwestern announces that Gene Laramee has joined the firm as Regional Asset Services Leader in Phoenix. Bringing more than 25 years of experience, he will oversee property management operations across the firm’s office, industrial and healthcare portfolio in the region.
“Gene possesses a wealth of industry knowledge and has successfully managed large, complex commercial real estate portfolios across Arizona,” said Andy Clagg, Executive Managing Director of Asset Services. “His operational leadership and team-building skills will strengthen our ability to drive results for clients using the full resources of the Transwestern platform.”
Most recently, Laramee served as President of Arizona Commercial Management, where he steered growth across industrial, office and retail portfolios while overseeing property management, accounting and engineering teams. Previously, he served as Senior Managing Director for Arizona and Nevada at Cushman & Wakefield. Earlier in his career, he spent 16 years with CBRE in senior leadership roles spanning retail and mixed-use portfolios, client relationships and property operations.
