Firm Expands Real Estate Services Footprint in Prince George's County

BETHESDA, Md. - Transwestern announces Adam Nachlas, SIOR, has joined the firm as Senior Vice President in Bethesda, Maryland. Nachlas will provide Agency Leasing and Tenant Advisory services for office and industrial properties, and expand Transwestern’s presence in Prince George’s County and the I-95 corridor.

Nachlas joins Transwestern from MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, where he spent nearly a decade representing owners and users in office and industrial sales and leasing. Previously, he served as Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield, providing real estate advisory and brokerage services to corporate and institutional clients.
Nachlas received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. He is a designated member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) and served as president of the Maryland, District of Columbia and Northern Virginia Chapter.
